Family operated, Australia based, e-commerce business and 3pl logistics in-house pick package and distribution.

All our products are hand picked, and designed for the benefit of our customers. All orders are pick packed and delivered from our warehouse at G & S logistics located in Sydney, providing same day shipping on orders before 1pm. All orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard or Express for the quickest B2C orders, direct to customers and Direct Freight for all B2B orders direct to retailers.

All products are quality checked,  picked and packed via our owners and family operated employees to ensure the best of the best quality and services. We strive based off our customer service ability ensuring every customer is 100% satisfied with our services and products.

Our ARSAI bars and lotions are all condensed from our naturally harvested olive groves and hand made in Lebanon in our small village factory. Our Purifiers and humidifiers are  composed of hand selected components all built to order by our trusted supplier to provide the best, most effective and affordable products.

Shipping Policy

All orders Australia wide shipped from Sydney.

Free shipping on all orders standard Australia wide.

$4.99 Shipping fee on all Express Australia post orders.

International orders ship via International Post and have a standard process time of 16-27 days.

Shipping to units, apartments, homes, town houses, businesses etc all accepted.

Lost or missing parcels will be reviewed by our management team in order to identify a process of return or re delivery.

Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
